Viewing Orders

In the Order Management application you can either view a listing of orders, view the details of an order, refresh the order list, view inventory data, . Customer service representatives, can for example, answer customer inquiries about their order.

When any order requires attention, a flag appears at the top right of the screen and the following message is displayed: There are orders requiring attention.

The system notifies you when the order data for the current filtering criteria is out of date, by displaying a message at the top right of the orders list in the following format: nn new orders match your filtering criteria
The message will be displayed until the list is refreshed.

OPTIONAL: Click refresh to update the orders data. For more information, seeFilter Orders.

Example

Viewing a list of orders for a scope:

1. From the Orders page, use the Scope selector to select the scope that you want to work in.

A list of the orders for the selected scope is displayed.

2. Apply the filters provided

Any orders that require attention are highlighted with a needs attention flag.

Viewing the details of an order:

1. From the Orders page, use the Scope selector to select the scope that you want to work in.
2. Filter the list as necessary.
3. Double-click the order that you want to view.

Viewing Orders that require attention:

When you want to view only the orders that require attention, you must filter the orders list. For more information, see Filter Orders.
